Welcome to the 2017 Skid Row Sub-Division Online Election Voter Registration Portal

The Skid Row Sub-Division Election is open to all stakeholders within the boundaries of the Downtown Los Angeles Neighborhood Council, the Historic Cultural Neighborhood Council, and the proposed Skid Row Neighborhood Council.

A stakeholder is defined as any individual who lives, works or owns real property in the neighborhood and also those who declare a stake in the neighborhood as a community interest stakeholder, defined as a person who affirms a substantial and ongoing participation within the Neighborhood Council’s boundaries and who may participate in a community organization such as, but not limited to, educational, nonprofit and/or religious organizations.

Voters who registered online for the 2016 DLANC and/or HCNC elections do not need to register again, they will receive new usernames and passwords by email.

Stakeholders who did not register online in 2016 can register here, submitting their information and verifying their identity and their qualification to vote.
